Orders must be placed online by 11am for SAME DAY DELIVERY Monday to Friday, and by 9am for Saturday deliveries. Lillipollen is open Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday.

Lillipollen offers a delivery service across the Brisbane metropolitan area ONLY. If you’re sending flowers to the Moreton Bay, Logan, Redland Bay, and Ipswich areas please contact us by phone for a delivery quote. We’re also delighted to recommend local florists for regional QLD, interstate, or overseas deliveries so please give us a call and we’ll do our best to assist with your order.

Lillipollen is unable to guarantee specific delivery times, but please contact us should you have a special request & we'll do our very best to assist. Additional express delivery charges are applicable for time specific delivery services. Deliveries are made between 8AM and 6PM Monday - Friday, and 8AM and 4PM on Saturdays.

A contact phone number for the recipient MUST be provided for all orders. In the event that a order cannot be successfully delivered, Lillipollen will make every effort to contact the recipient to arrange a suitable resolution. Should it be necessary for the flowers to be redirected to an alternate address, or returned to our store, additional delivery charges will be applicable. Incorrect delivery information supplied at the time of ordering will also result in an additional delivery charge.

THE FINE PRINT…..

We love our flowers & we want you to love them too. In the unfortunate event that you're not thrilled with the quality of a Lillipollen floral arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery to discuss your concerns. We'll do everything we can to resolve your concerns if you get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the flowers. Due to many factors beyond our control, including the weather, the environment in which your flowers are kept upon receiving them and other variables we cannot guarantee the longevity of your blooms beyond 48hrs…If cared for properly and kept in an appropriate environment your blooms should last somewhere between 5 to 7 days….

Lillipollen is unable to provide replacements or issue store credit if a floral arrangement has already been disposed of. We'll need to collect the flowers to arrange a replacement delivery, or receive a photograph of the arrangement to obtain a store credit…. We are unable to provide a refund in the event that you change your mind about your purchase…..Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded less than 24hrs before the requested delivery date, however we’ll happily provide a store credit for a delivery at a later date….

Flower availability is heavily dependent on seasonality, weather and market demand. As a result, it’s never possible for the the arrangements created by our talented florists to exactly resemble those pictured on this website. By continuing with your purchase you are accepting these terms and conditions and acknowledging there will be material differences between the arrangement displayed on this website and the arrangement produced on your behalf….
